Rajastani Fiesta
The couple chose to kickstart the festivities with all the colours and grandeur of royal Rajasthan. The sprawling garden of the ITC Udaipur, with its lush green landscape provided the perfect entrance to the venue for this party steeped in the heritage and culture of this glorious marwar state. At 7X weddings we believe that the freshness of flowers signifies the beginning of a new life and hence we love to create floral focused designs . For this event a long walkway was created using metallic temple arches draped in strings of delicate rajnigandhas. The family wanted to add something unique to the occasion, hence we worked on making the interior playful and interactive so as to engage the guests. The smiles on everyone's faces was as bright as the crisp winter morning signifying the execution of the perfect fiesta by our team at 7X weddings.

Fun and Interactive : was how we wanted the flow of the event
The mannequin of a roaring lion welcomed the guests to a venue draped in brilliant shades of purple and orange. All the elements, from sofas and cushions, to the yards of flowing fabric providing cover overhead were selected in hues of lilac and tangerine. Niches and corners were artistically decorated with overflowing thick blossoms of exotic flowers while the tabletops held delicate bunches hidden between circular discs. Collaboration with expert vendors and artists is an integral part of the wedding planning services provided by Team 7X wedding and here we partnered with an expert mixologist to bring a unique experience with the “ Perfume Bar” where the guests were made to smell and choose flavours around which their drink was blended, giving each guest a unique tasting experience. The gipsies believe that festivities attract the bad eye and it is necessary to protect ourselves from bad luck, keeping a playful take on this myth, we provided memorabilias depicting the sign of the “evil eye” for the guests and they could be seen flashing rings and pendants as they danced to the swaying music. The orange blooms matched perfectly with the glowing faces of the guests as they savoured the festivities flawlessly delivered by our team.
The Glitzy Cocktail
The groom wanted a rocking cocktail party to mark the end of his days as a bachelor in style. He wanted the event to make a statement and have the guests instantly transported into a magical world from the moment they stepped into the venue. The challenge for us was to create a decor that left a mark at first glance and slowly unravelled as the night progressed. Team 7X wedding took to the drawing board to curate a design which was fuss free with clean and straight lines to create a look of depth and vastness. It was a challenge we faced head on and introduced many unique and never used before elements to give shape to our ideas. We decided to develop the look of an interstellar nightclub. We worked around the clock with our team of local vendors and were left speechless with the finished look, and for once we were as awestruck and amazed as our guests.
Shaandar Sangeet
The fun and quirky theme of the previous celebrations was carried forward and highlighted in the sangeet. Moving away from the signature 7X wedding style of showcasing one centrepiece, we decided to focus on the details and work on several smaller elements for the decor. From table toppers to champagne glasses everything had personalised detailing. The entire venue was draped in a variety of lights from soft twinkling fairy lights to bold and jarring strobe lights to create an ambience buzzing with excitement. Flowers were kept to a minimum and were used in unique ways to highlight each decor element, be it orchids placed in circular test tube stands, or a wreath around the head of a decorative bust. Digital printed backgrounds housed under scalloped roof holding comfortable sofas provided the ideal seating for the guests to enjoy the music while the triangular stage was a never seen before concept. Spinning bar games and a photobooth with a lip shaped sofa kept the guests engrossed till the wee hours of the night.
The Crimson Wedding
Red the colour of love, eternity and loyalty. Red the colour of passion, festivity and tradition.
Could we have chosen a better colour to focus on ? We wanted to highlight the significance of this colour in all our elements. The love and passion that got the couple together, the festivities and traditions of a wedding ceremony and the eternal loyal bond of the vows all deserves to be celebrated. Thick golden bars draped with crimson red bougainvillaea created an elegant pathway to the venue which looked like a sea of red till as far as the eyes could see. The mandap was nestled between towering palm trees created out of a gilded gazebo lavishly adorned with heavily laden twigs of scarlet delicate bougainvillaea and inside was a carved metallic sofa covered in the purest of white to highlight the sanctity of the ceremony. Arial tables placed under decorative chandeliers and adorned with bright anthuriums added a touch of glamour to the delicacies prepared by a team of world class chefs. Richly woven brocade and silk in deep shades of red was used to cover every available surface and it neatly tied everything together creating a striking impression as the guests participated in the revelries.
