Navy themed pool party at Day 1
The first day was decked for the fun and frolic of the navy themed pool party. Ashok and Chandan looked impeccably handsome with their custom designed indigo and blue toned outfits. So did the brides looked drop-dead gorgeous in their breezy blue bespoke dresses. The DJ really set the mood by kick-starting the beautiful celebration with some dancy tunes that had everyone grooving on the dance floor. With a classy décor filled with anchor signs and navy tidbits, the ambience looked really like a fresh concept and gave the space a very cool and modern look. The dance floor became busy with all the family and friends really enjoying the cocktails and the pool ambience as the sun beautifully set behind. The evening got even better when the water sprays got everyone channelling their inner child, as they got soaked while dancing their hearts out.
Starlit Sangeet night at Day 1
The night although, was truly for the stars. The sangeet was spectacularly designed to make everyone feel like they had walked into a star-studded gala. The entrance to the setup was a stunning disco-ball decoration as you progress into the grand hall all lit with choreographed lighting solutions and a massive stage. The night smoothly progressed as the amazing emcees made all the attendees laughing or just coyishly adoring their loved ones put forth an entertaining dance performance. Ashok and Chandan looked very similar yet uniquely different in their bespoke tuxedos in a dark theme with just a subtle tinge of the dramatic glitter that in the right places. However, the bahus truly made a stellar appearance in their indo-western fusion gowns that gave them a well-deserved princess look. From the young ones and the parents of the to-be-weds to the couples’ themselves, rocking the dance floor made it a night to remember for all those who witnessed the marvel.
Mehek-e-Lucknowi at Day 2
The celebrations began when the families checked themselves into the Amby Valley Resort, for a few days of beautiful celebrations in absolute luxury. The first event was for welcoming the guests in a Nawabi manner, where everyone felt like true royalties. The enchanting performance of the Sufi dancers welcome everyone into the bright and cosy ambience all laden with purple and gold. This was followed by being serenaded by the authentic qawwali performers. The grooms were dressed in authentically beautiful chikankari sherwanis, while Shefali donned a maroon embroidered anarkali, Harshita chose a blush chikankari style anarkali. The guests too were dressed in beautiful hush tones of violet or pink as they swayed to the magical experience. It was a beautiful sundowner event for all that were present there.
Wedding moments and baraat at Day 2
Then it was was the night that everyone was holding their breaths for. The D-day was the most talked about event, as it felt like walking into the sets of quite an outlandish feel. The passage that follows, was a European styled one with chandeliers along the way. The pièce de résistance was the mandir setup for the varmala ceremonies. As the Jaiswal sons stood side by side with their better halves, it melted everyone’s hearts. The men decked handsomely with their off-white soft sherwanis while the brides looked like a dream in crimson red lehengas and stunning jewellery that truly made for a great melange. As the fireworks and shehnai amalgamated to set the musical melodies, when the holy matrimony came together with exchanging the garlands, followed by the traditional pheras as the attendees gave a echoing round of claps with their moist eyes having witnessed this holy union.
