Sunderkand Path: A Sacred Beginning of the Prosperous Union
The pre-wedding events kickstarted in full swing with the sacred Sunderkand Path at the groom’s garden in Govind Nivas. The garden was transformed completely into a royal temple ambience and the idols of Sri Sri Sita Rama Laxman Hanuman took centre stage. The hanging marigold garland arches stole the show. They were paired beautifully with the brown and cream cutout of the backdrop. Plus, every corner of the garden was dolled up in hues of marigolds, the Kesari flags, scriptures, brass lamps and warm lights to elevate the space spiritually. Even the seating arrangements were made in velvety and comfortable sofas and mattresses to complement the overall atmosphere by our 7x wedding team - the best Indian wedding planner for a reason, isn’t it?
Byaahaat of Anshul - A Formal Commencement of the Unity
This event was aimed to mark the formal commencement of the wedding celebration at the groom’s house. The idea was to make the event earthy and lively. Hence, team 7x Wedding chose to revolve the decor around two colours - white and shades of green. The entrance to the outdoor was kept in sync with the indoor decor with a contemporary romantic altar with plenty of white floral and leaves garlands in semi-mandala design, along with floral chandeliers and vibrant dhols on the side. In the main area, we draped the entire garden to create the illusion of a tent-like structure to play with natural light above the seating area in white and olive. The set-up also included a pastel shade stage for the event hosted by our anchor for an entertainment-filled evening.
A Riot of Hues and Floral Fantasy - Mehendi
7x Wedding is known for its exceptional take on colours and floral decors and the groom’s side mehendi event was one fine example of it. With the tag of best wedding planning services in India up our sleeves, we went all in. Right from the backdrop of the mehendi setting with white and baby pink floral chains, a 360° makeover of the garden into a colourful paradise with open tents made of origami sheets to a full-blown music setup and plush grey luxurious curved sofa for comfortable seating - the venue was thriving in the festive vibe of mehendi in a true spectacle manner.
Splash of Golden Colours - Haldi
For the Haldi ceremony, they had a vision of a minimal yet grand event and the 7x wedding team did just that. Set in the lush garden of Goyal Nivas, the dominating colours of the event were white and of course, yellow. Divided into three sections - we designed the background of the stage with drapes in a light mustard yellow and lemon yellow combination and the ceilings were draped in white and light mustard yellow. But do you know what added the rustic and classy charm to the stage? The alter with a trendy floral chandelier. Sunflowers beneath were a unique addition to all-time marigolds. For the other two sections - we enhanced the seating area with white and golden chairs, sofas, yellow pillows and orchids to create an elegant setting alongside the dining area that was filled with the aroma of the Rajasthani cuisine by our very own TGB catering. To elevate the event even more, there was a Radha-Krishna dance performance just before Haldi started.
Dancing the Night Away at Nishi and Anshul’s Universe - Sangeet
The theme for the sangeet was set. Both Nishi and Anshul loved everything about the universe as they were each other’s universe, so we at 7x wedding decided to bring the entire universe to the party. Illuminated with a combination of mystic blue, red and warm yellow lights - the stage exuded an eccentric aura infused with eclectic energies of the universe. Every element be it the constellation, the masterpiece at the centre - the transparent body embodying the universe, the installation arts, arch gateways or the tables with moon and stars - the team of 7x wedding pushed boundaries of innovation and paved the way for a cutting-edge sangeet. Of all, there were some cherries on the cake like the performance of Elnaaz Norouzi, Akshay Kumar, Disha Patani, Terrance Lewis, Nushrat Bharucha, Sara Ali Khan and the hosts of the evening - Manish Paul and Gauhar Khan made the event literally star-studded.
A True Royal Affair - The Wedding
Finally, it was the D-day. The time for the unification of the two love birds and the Goyal & Chaurasiya family at the beautiful Leela Palace of New Delhi. The all-white setup - the palki, the dome-shaped mandap, the florals and the seatings with silver accents brought luxury to the space. Especially, the palace backdrop. It took the wedding to a whole new level of royalty. And of course, our hosts - Manish Paul and Gauhar Khan were there to bring it all together.
A Heart-Warming Finale to the Festivities - Post-Wedding Lunch
An elegant conclusion to the royal affair was arranged for everyone to sink into the week-long activities in a relaxing ambience over lunch. Long wooden tables with soft floral centrepieces and fine dining cutlery created a perfect atmosphere for this intimate affair to bid adieus to the grand wedding festivities.
